We like to keep in close and regular contact with our clients, either face to face or on site. This helps us to gain overall understanding of their needs and thus enabling us to deliver outstanding customer service.

Resourcing and Selection

Our clients’ orders are recorded, discussed and processed by our experienced recruitment team. Each job vacancy has a specific job description and skills set identified regardless of the duration of the requirement to ensure high quality of supply.

We have access to an approved database of pre vetted candidates available at short notice. We use various job boards, worker networks and job advertising platforms that enable us to meet your needs quickly.

Once a profile has been established the recruitment team will approach only suitable candidates for the role. Furthermore, we will match it to their qualifications and experience. We take great care to make sure we recruit the right operatives by reference checking them. We also verify their competencies, right to work and ensure they are registered with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).

Quality Control and Management

Paramount Trades & Labour operatives are thoroughly vetted with references, qualifications, passports and visa copies that are kept on file.

Release Clause

If for any reason you are not happy with a particular worker who has been supplied and you release said worker within four hours of them commencing work; there will be no charge and we will aim to replace them without delay.
